The election of the new members of the National Academy of Engineering is a year-long process. Including the newly inductedclass, the academy now has 2,388 US members and 310 international members.

As per the press release by the academy, the newly elected class will be formally inducted during the National Academy of Engineering annual meeting on October 2, 2022.
